The US Constitution is absolutely silent on the subject of abortion.

There's no right to life in the Constitution?

No. However, there is no grant of power to the government to deny anyone their life without due process, and even then only under the strictest of limitations.

The Constitution grants no rights, it only attempts to guarantee the inalienable rights granted us by God by providing for a very limited government with very specific powers.
