This is a DEADLY ruling...It is DANGEROUS...an unelected court has just said that our goverment can limit free speech...I am NOT saying this is the end of the the American Experience...but we may can see it from here.

I prefer to wait and see exactly what's in the 300 page ruling. I just think that it's going overboard saying we've become a dictatorship, lost our rights, etc (not your comments, but comments from others).

I agree with you 100% that the "sky-HAS-fallen" rhetoric, which some in the LP have been saying even BEFORE this ruling, is over the top. On the other hand, I think it is naive to not see the full ramifications of this ruling...this ruling is frightening...

You say you want to wait until a full reading...what I have seen of the majority and minority opinons, published here today, are enough to send shivers down my spine.
