Psychiatrist: Malvo tried suicide before killing spree

It seems to me that the judge is going way too far in allowing the shrink to testify as to exculpatating facts on behalf of Malvo. The Little Sh*t will not take the stand himself, but the shrink is is mouthpiece. He can state his diagnosis, but his testimony is going way beyond.

I just wish the jury would pass a note to the judge and say "Let's cut the BS and go ahead and give The Little Sh*t the needle."

I hope the jury sees through this BS. The statement says that he was troubled by the plan, no mention is made of the actual killing. This says to me he was troubled by the thought of getting caught, hence the decision to start down that path troubled him. After the killing began, there was no turning back, and he was no longer troubled. Give him the death he supposedly sought and send him to be with his 72 virgins.
