Awwww, gee, that's too bad. There is a lot of anti-American sentiment in Germany, especially among the youth. The German and French Government do little to sqaush that sentiment. I am for free speech, but you don't reward countries when they not only speak against you but they do damage while you are trying to fight Iraq as evidenced by the French. Come on, the French wouldn't help us get the Germans out of France in WWII.
I am sure anyone reading has heard the story of the little red hen who wanted to bake bread. No one helped her when she asked, but they all wanted a piece when it was done.
Same concept.

You just gotta love it, when the "plan" starts to come together....
With us, or against us.... Becoming clearer and clearer..
The clymers continue to underestimate President Bush..
I wonder if Japan's position, had anything to do with the two huge Japanese airlines refusing to consider purchasing any of the new Airbuses being built in France and offered by the EU?
Without Japan - the new Airbus is unlikely to be profitable.

Yes, let them whine. Euro-trash. The French economy HAS suffered at a result of U.S. citizen's refusing to spend money on their products or time touring their country. There are some decent countries who have done what they can. I have been all over the U.S and I am looking forward to Lake Como Italy next year.

I love your comparison to "the Little Red Hen".

The decision, while not identifying any countries by name, shuts out companies from nations that opposed the US decision to invade Iraq and topple President Saddam Hussein without UN approvalH1>GOOD!
