Actually the headline is a lie. Neil Bush is worth nothing to the Chinese. Contrary to their assumptions, he has no connections and will get them nowhere. Granted, they have been worth a lot to him.

Chinese put a lot of weight on relationships, and the Chinese Communist party is said to be as nepotistic as ever. Things don't work like that with Neil Bush. And Business Week knows it.
