I remember reading her book when I was in high school. It was an influential book that caused many young women to aspire to a career as their primary objective. However, that's most interesting, about her Communist leanings.

Part and parcel of the communist program is limiting the influence of the family unit. That way the skulls full of much can be more easily programmed to be good little drones. Stay at home mothers are an obstacle to the workers' paradise, or any centrallized socialist utpoia. One for all and all for one.
I notice books, stories and so on for girls (not that I see much of them) are so heavily feminazi-ized that I can hardly believe it. "Heather, the SWAT team sergeant" "Tom, the Geriatric Nurse" etc. Girls are encouraged to try out for soccer and math, and derided if they are interested in embroidery or cooking. Or what's worse, if they are interested in babies and becoming a mother.
Feminism isn't feminine, and it's a good way to destroy a decent civilization. And a lot of lives while they're at it.
(And to be rather crude, if women are going to wear the balls, the men have to turn into eunuchs. No wonder so many men are becoming metrosexuals or worse. When so many women are "BODs" (bit**es on duty) how is a man going to find a devoted wife?)
