I have long discontinued use of PayPal due to problems with them - Is there any other way to purchase this cookbook and have it shipped in time for Christmas?

Pay Pal is better than it used to be. That said, FReepmail Carlo and he will give you an address to mail a check and if you send him your address, he'll send out a copy in time for Christmas.
