Good article. The anti-discrimination laws that extend beyond government action (the government should not discriminate, its actions should be colorblind) are a direct assault on freedom of association.

My daddy taught us that we are Americans-- and so long as
America gives recognition to the First Amendment--and we
speak what we know to be true-we have a right to say what we will.My wife worries that my oft offered opine will
one day lead to the cattletrucks and ninja wannabe of
army of Law enforcers. I tell her it will probably go down
with my walking in to the local cop shop as the FBI are there arranging for my arrest.And those at home left in the
dark. Either way I will speak until I have no tongue-nor
fingers to write with.
