The buildings, he said, could house up to 100 people and could be guarded to keep anyone from leaving.

It's not fair to keep sick people confined to two buildings when there are millions of people walking around perfectly healthy. More people must become infected to call attention to the plight of those who are suffering with the illness. Then and only then will justice be achieved.

Sound ridiculous? That pseudo-logic has been proven very effective.

The Chinese last year built a 1000-bed 'hospital' in 9 days.
The 'patients' were not expected to ever leave, once they arrived. Kinda like Hotel California.
