No. Tories position is clear, yours is clear as mud.

But I would caution you on making sweeping declarations about the absence of morality in law since all law is based in morality. Every law Luis, not some, every one.

Law without Justice is immoral.

Justice, as defined by the Justinians is "Constans et perpetua voluntas, jus suum cuique tribuendi."

"The constant and perpetual will to secure to every one HIS OWN right."

The law exists as a servant to Justice.

Individual rights, all genderless in the eye of the Law.
