The first was Christmas 2000 - just after he was elected. The picture on it was the front staircase of the Governor's Mansion and inside was a picture of George W., Laura and the twins.
It was signed Governor and Mrs. George W. Bush, even though he was President-elect at Christmas.
The other three are from the White House - 2001, 2002 and 2003. I assume that I'm on their list because of contributions to Bush-Cheney.
