The fact that Fat Teddy got off is no reason to let anyone else off in the country. Massachussetts is an aberration in too many ways already.
The jurors in South Dakota did the right thing, and if we start excusing people for bad behavior that wasn't punished in the past, we might as well let people slit throats everywhere, just because OJ did and got away with it.
