It's so nice to see the U.S. government is ready to drive Jewish Israelis from their homes or to leave them unprotected and subject to terrorist attack. There comes a time when Israel must act as an independent state and ignore even it's friends.

What's better, waxed or unwaxed floss, or is it just prefernce?

The closer the fence is to undefensible borders, the less "Washington" will complain. Pathetic.

Preference. Just do it, or you get to see
my preference...

Can you say "orthodontic surgery"? Of course not, cause I just pulled out all your teeth! Here's your bill!

As the USA employs Israeli tactics in Iraq, barbed wire FENCES around whole towns, it is perverse for us to criticise them. Especially since they suffer attacks on civilians and our troops bear the brunt in Iraq. We will soon build a fence along the Mexican border, unfortunately that border will be from Louisiana to Colorado.

The Green Line is merely the cease fire military line of demarcation dating from 1948. It was never intended to be a permanent national border. Meanwhile UN Security Council Resolution 242 calls for Israel to retire from territories [it doesn't say
all territories] occupied in the 1967 war. But it also recognizes the right of Israel to have
secure borders.
Since the "palestinians" do not recognize the right of Israel to piece of land, and claim it all for themselves, we can see no grounds for a settlement of the border claim. So, Israel is taking the first step, using a fence to establish secure boundaries. If Palestine were an actual state (they decline to declare themselves so) then they too could put forth a claim to some well-defined boundary.

What intrigues me is that while the world wants a settlement with the "Palestinians" they go around lecturing what is "Palestinian" land. How can there be recognized "Palestinian" land if there isn't a settlement recognizing what is "their" land? The US joins in with these people.
