There is really no way to find out the truth because the records would all be private and it would necessitate a woman coming forward and admitting that she had an abortion performed at that particular clinic or a former employee of the clinic admitting that Dean did indeed perform abortions for them. Actually, I wonder if it is even possible to find out who worked in that clinic at the time.
