What competition? It doesn't start until 2010 and only in 6 metropolitan areas. Other places in the country are not good enough. Dubya with senate votes this can be permanant or
competition ladened and accelerated.....again if not,it is open to Hillary Care ...Like permanent tax cuts,this action ain't done...imo
