Get this, 3yrs ago I was crabbing in Galveston Bay and some of my trash blew off the jetty and into the water. I got a fine of 110 dollars by the Wildlife and Game patrol. But it is OK to throw body parts into the bay. Unbelievable!

Well, I'd correct that a little. It's OK to shoot someone in the head, hack them into pieces, and throw the parts into the bay, as long as you do it by accident. I think that was the point the jury was trying to make.
