Caucasians are from Central Asia, unrelated to European ethnicities. In Russia, they are considered non white.

There aren't many real Caucasians in America.

Actually, "Caucasians" are from the Caucasas, which includes Georgia, Armenia, Azarbaijan and parts of southern Russia (i.e., Chechniya). You are right, Russians consider them non-white. (they refer to them as "black asses")

I would love to see Americans of Georgian, Armenian and Azerbaijani decent form a "Caucasian Club." What would the other minorities say?

ROFLOL, where did you get that stat from, DU? I'm afraid you would need to subtract a few hispanics and other nationalities lumped into the global propaganda of who is "white" to come up with a more accurate number.

ROLFLOL? I'm talking about Caucasians. Caucasians are:
Europeans, Semitics, Arabs, Persians, Indians, Russians etc.
These together would be = 400 million Europeans + 150 million Arabs + 60 million Persians + 1500 million from the Indian subcontinent + 100 million Russians. That's more than 2 billion. Then in the Stans, in South East Asia and in South America there are mixed race = Caucasian + Mongoloid/Afroid. This makes the total number of Caucasians and Caucasian dominants to well over half the world's population -- a definite majority.

The point being: there's no such thing as a white 'race'. The races are Caucasian, Mongoloid and Afroid. The Caucasian race is the most wide spread and has the most members. Colour does not a race make -- Chippawa, ALonquin etc. have reddish skin but are Mongoloid, Japanese, northern chinese etc have White skin but are Mongoloid. An Afroid albino is still Afroid, not Caucasian. A Caucasian that comes from the Mediterranean with a deep tan is still a Caucasian.

Well, for my 411, how can YOU define someone as belong to the white race? THe colour of their skin only? Then albinos, Japanese, Chinese are white as well...

One can classify a person by the 3 broad races I've mentioned above, but most folks are so mixed it is difficult, one can classify them by culture/language/religion but I'd rather classify them all as Americans whether their ancestors can from Europe, Africa, Asia, polynesia or maybe from ALL of those places.
