To: Canadian Outrage
"No kidding. Jury selection will be extremely tedious and thorough I believe. Out of likely hundreds of prospects, they will choose 12 PLUS the alternates. I too, think it will be a nightmare for both sides."

I pulled this over from the last thread. Won't they have to select a death penalty qualified jury? I hadn't really though about that - but that would be a huge advantage to the prosecution.

Yes, they will have to have a death penalty qualified Jury. This process could take weeks.
