Do people with narcissism ever feel guilty about their reactions or feelings?
For example - if Scott did not want children and was becoming increasingly more threatened by the baby's arrival would he ever feel bad because he felt this way?

No, they usually don't. The most common response is to blame others, even when it doesn't make sense. Think of how a small child reacts.
I do want to be careful about this - I can't say for sure that SP has NPD or any other personality disorder. That said, I'm more than happy to continue to answer questions/ make observations about his behavior and to answer questions about these disorders in general.
