Hello. Can someone tell me when the trial is supposed to start for Scott Peterson? If there is another kind of preliminary trial coming up, what is the date of that?

I believe it is set for the end of January. Most experts (aka talking heads) don't think it will start that soon, though. The other night on Dan Abrams' show most of them seemed to think it would be in April.
