That reminds me of that story about the personal injury plaintiff who was injured and as a result could not raise his arm all the way up. He could only raise it to about Nazi-salute level. In court, the insurance company lawyer asked him, "And how far can you raise your arm now?" The plaintiff raised his arm about halfway up. "And how far could you raise your arm before you were injured?" The plaintiff raised his arm all the way up.
