My biggest concern would be that the FSB might detonate a Mercedes nearby. You never know when a plausible deniability operation may happen these days. So long as the FSB and SVR can convince the world that the Kremlin is on the side of the West in the War on Terror, and in fact, under attack by "the terrorists," then those pesky Western inquiries regarding nuclear assistance to Iran, or past aid to the Ba'athists, will be severely dulled.
