USC is #1 in AP and Coach's poll. I'm sure PKM wouldn't mind if the championshop (mythical) was between USC and OSU, but we're not in charge.

PKM -- note, "mythical" --- LOL.

Great rebuttal arguments in here; thanks for posting this PhiKapMom!

If you keep a ping list on these, could you put me on it? Thank you.

Good catch, sandlady. I added my comment to your thread. Dean is despicable, to say the least.

Dean got nailed by the media on his "statements" this week.

Hillary....slithered past their attempts to nail her IMO.

Washington Post Columnist Suggests Dean’s Comment Shows His Shift To “Nutty” Left. “Now, I cannot testify to Howard Dean’s sanity before this campaign, but five terms as governor by a man with no visible tics and no history of involuntary confinement is pretty good evidence of a normal mental status. When he avers, however, that ‘the most interesting’ theory as to why the president is ‘suppressing’ the Sept. 11 report is that Bush knew about Sept. 11 in advance, it’s time to check on thorazine supplies. When Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.) first broached this idea before the 2002 primary election, it was considered so nutty it helped make her former representative McKinney. Today the Democratic presidential front-runner professes agnosticism as to whether the president of the United States was tipped off about 9/11 by the Saudis, and it goes unnoticed. The virus is spreading.” (Charles Krauthammer, “The Delusional Dean,” The Washington Post, 12/5/03

Of course all this doesnt make Dean the king of dementia....cast an eye on Clark.

I just hope this finally does something to the BCS deal. I had no idea the NY Times poll was used in this computer deal. What do they know about the rest of the Country in sports -- they cannot even tell the truth about politics.

The only thing about LSU and OU meeting is that we both are from the ONLY two BCS Conference that have to play Championship games. Either all BCS conferences play championship games or none IMO! BTW, I thought the same thing before last night's debacle!

PKM -- note, "mythical" --- LOL.

When you run into buzz saws everything becomes mythical, including National Championships.:)
