My "whiney little point" goes to the very essence of the way Christmas has been marginilized in this country, thanks to militant secularists and the ACLU - - all of whom Bush is pandering to by refusing to use the word "Christmas." I'm looking right now at a "holiday" mug I was given, that says "Winter Wishes". That's what we've been reduced to - - - no mention of Christ or Christmas is permissible in polite society, according to the PC crowd. Bush, who has the bully pulpit, could help push the tide back, by mentioning the legal name of the federal holiday - i.e., "Christmas" - - - but he DOESN't HAVE THE GUTS TO DO SO. He's a PC wimp, and sorry if you're offended by my telling the truth. Sometimes the truth hurts, but that's no reason to start telling ourselves lies or to take refuge, as you are doing, in wishful thinking.
He is not a wimp, he is not a coward, he is not afraid of anyone, nor sending this card to be PC.
He is polite, considerate of others' faiths, and a better man than you. That's what bugs you, isn't it?
I'm guessing that YOU are the coward, and jealous of him because he's got the guts you lack.

I wouldn't be surprised if these guys bashing this lovely card aren't even Christians at all........in fact, I'm assuming they aren't.
