Alot of the same people thought it bizarre she'd ever be elected Senator, from New YorkNew York is the only place she could get elected, as it is full of the lying evil perverted baby killing socialist crooks that are her natural constituency.
Algore didn't win in his home state, and this evil bitch didn't run for Senate in Arkansas or Chicago, places she has actually lived in, because SHE COULDN'T WIN THERE.
She will never be President, and frankly I'm annoyed by those who say she can win.

I liked your assessment of how to combat Hillary.Ridicule is one of the very best weapons in the arsenal. The old stuff won't work. There is much there to ridicule. Her speechmaking voice is a good place to start.

Very possible. And, she'd only have to do 1 debate--against VP Cheney. Light interviews. Focus on the Presidential candidate, not her.

She would have to do FNS and she would come off as a real doofus in a debate.
^^^
No she would not. She speaks in essay form - numbing the brain of her opponent from forming a response, and preventing any interlude for an acceptable interruption. This will be perceived as 'intelligence' and as 'winning' in the debate, by the average viewer.

"Some of us believe that forewarned is forearmed."
--I don't disagree with that however giving her this kind of attention is really giving her the power she craves. After all, this is all she has. She has done nothing very significant as a NY Senator -- odds are she never will.
I just think giving her this kind of attention will defeat the purpose of what you hope to achieve -- getting rid of Hillary Clinton. I personally don't think she'll ever run for President. Just the idea that she might would run and win gives her far more power than actually running.

You are so right. My own brother, a union guy and not stupid, only hears what the union tells him and radio news.
So, he is supporting Kerry!
My democrat businesswoman sister is a HIllary fan. You can't convince her that she is a fraud. My sister thinks I have been brainwashed by Rush.
Now I have had success in converting 2 other sisters, but believe me, there are plenty of uninformed people who will vote for her.
Freepers should remember that stupid people also vote, and their votes are equal to ours.
Therefore, I don't think we should waste time on arguing facts with these people. We have to go for the emotions...painting Bush as a sympathetic figure and Hillary as a has-been.
That's my opinion, anyway.

I missed the Wallace-Rove segment, but caught the rest of the show. He asked Dean some tough questions and put him into some difficult spots. Dean weaseled out of straight answers.
All-in-all, I think he did okay. For a change, being around a group where various viewpoints are tolerated, if not encouraged, may open Wallace's eyes and allow him more "fair & balanced" approach than was allowed at ABC.

Michelle, we tried iignoring this person after January, 2001. I notoice she didn't go away.
I don't care if she wants to perceive herself as powerful because everyone is talking about her. My concern is to keep her from having ACTUAL POWER, such as being elected president or vice president. That is what she is shooting for, no doubt about it.
Her gripes about the Clinton legacy being dismantled, the attacks on Bush in Iraq, the overseas trips, this large-scale appearance today, all point to such a scenario.
If we stick our heads in the sand and ignore her, we will simply be brought down the way the WTC was.
To: Miss Marple
Look...I understand and appreciate your position as I share the same opinion of Hillary and Bill Clinton. I guess we just have different ways of dealing with it. And I don't advocate covering one's head with sand as the answer -- I just happen to think Hillary doesn't have as much power of persuasion as some people. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm right. All I know is that I'm sick of the Clintons lol
What's with the eye contact thing. Everytime Mrs. Clinton conspicuously lies, her eyes hit the floor. She cannot maintain eye contact for more than a second or two. Anyone else notice?

I think it Hillary v. Dean would be quite interesting. With his temper, she might not get away with sidestepping the things the interviewers let her avoid. If she were to be called out about the stuff we all know she did, and by a Democrat, would be the stake through her heart. Dean might be her worst nightmare. I like it.
To: Rome2000
She will never be President, and frankly I'm annoyed by those who say she can win. Thank you! I've been saying the same thing - but for some reason there are a bunch of people on this site who practically attribute superhuman powers to her.

I must be out of practice for these frozen freeps, the temp today was 29 - tropical compared to our cANSWER freep last JanuaryI'm happy to say that my fingers have thawed out. It was colder last Jan, but not as windy. Wind chill this morning was about 10 degrees per WTOP radio.
Notice how it got real cold in DC when Hillary came back. Coincidence? I don't think so.

I explained above the attitude of my sister. Hillary gets the hard-core democrats, and will get a large chunk of clueless women. Coupled with the willing help of the media and vote fraud, she has a chance. She isn't super-human, but we do have a lot of obstacles to overcome.
To: Wait4Truth
I'm not upset that FOX hired Chris Wallace. In order to be "fair and balanced" FOX has to have liberal points of view. It has Greg Jarret, formerl of MSNBC.
E.D. Hill on FOX and Friends is a liberal. She keeps Brian and Steve honest. All I want in the news are the facts. I can sort them out for myself.
