“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). Ah!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMEN! Its refreshing to hear a church remind us of that instead of reminding us about helping the poor, doing our part for the church fete, etc etc (doing works).......which is all good but Im afraid, wont get us to heaven. Believe in Jesus first and the rest will come by the renewing of our minds.

In other words, believe in Him first and accept that He loves us and that His love is unconditional and His grace is abundant! Its easy to accept His love but to try and do works to gain His love is a drudgery.......
