In this instance, I think it's better to just ignore him. This guy has made a very good living off of pushing peoples buttons and that is exactly what he is doing in this instance. His core audience will not boycott him over this and the publicity will only fuel his record sales.

In this instance, I think it's better to just ignore him. Agreed. Treat him like a Troll.
In the end, the only people that will buy his product are disoriented teens. And they grow up eventually. Since his appeal cannot last he will fade and will be replaced by another.
He will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.
