Gee I wonder why the founding fathers did not think about that. And I wonder why we bothered to have Amendment protections in the first place. You need to take some history lessons.

You have to be joking, giving the government unlimited, unchallenged, unconstitutional access to PRIVATE business and we shouldn't be worried. I am very worried. Something to hide? Not yet but anyday now the government will make it against the law for something I'm doing.

So, when will you be sending your house keys to the Justice Dept? How about a list of all your Internet user IDs and passwords, so that they can be sure you're not doing anything you shouldn't be doing? Hmmm?

A long time ago, I realized that a government or beaurocracy (sp?) is like a living thing. Always trying to grow and expand. And like the old saying goes, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions," any well meaning law WILL eventually be used in ways the authors never intended, and probably would be agahst at! For example, who would have ever thought that the RICO statutes would have been used against pro-life groups!
