telnet into your pop server and delete the message manually. We're dealing with a Microsoft user who runs Outlook. I don't think folks like that can operate a telnet client and manually issue POP commands without inflicting self-injury. ; )

My thoughts as well...a web interface would accomplish the same task, however. Just get the e-mail out of the account without using Outlook - that's all we need to do.
