BTTT. If only I had this when I was debating someone at NationStates.net over gay marriage...
Massively informative. This is almost overwhelming.
I didn't have a chance to say this, since I responded to scripter first, but I want to say that this is a throughly well-compiled article. Excellent.
I also was unaware that the CDC was religion-based.
LOL!
Ping for future reference.
Teenagers at the local HS think it's 'cool' to be Bi-sexual or homo/lesbi-sexual. This is being copied by a parent to use in sex-ed with her teen children.
THANK YOU to the author. You did a LOT of work and I'm grateful.

I'm glad you foung this thread helpful. I'm surprised this type of thinking is going on in GA. But then again in Conyers, Georgia a quiet, affluent, suburb of Atlanta had a huge syphilis outbreak which infected 17 residents and forced another 250 to get medical treatment. More shocking was the fact that the outbreak showed itself among teenseven kids as young as 12.
Some of these youths reportedly had as many as 100 sexual partners, and others say they regularly attended sex parties where theyd pair off or gather in groups for quick liaisonssometimes watching the Playboy channel on cable TV and mimicking the behaviors they saw.
.
Ed Reform, thanks for pinging me to this thread; bookmarked.
Coleus, thanks for all your hardwork it took to put this information together. Kudos to you! What a wealth of information.
Nic - You're welcome!
Coleus - Ditto! Thanks again!

Homosexual Agenda RE-Ping! For those who have signed up for the list recently, those who'd like to re-read, and those who want to save basic information for themselves and others.
This article goes over some common myths about homosexuality, states the truth, and is very basic information that unfortunately is not commonly seen in the media.
Good to pass on to others - friends, family, fellow congregants, employees, students, and so on. Also at work, if you won't get fired. Maybe even then.
Let me and DirtyHarryY2K know if anyone wants on/off this pinglist.
Thanks.
I would sure be interesting in knowing how many "co-twins" were a part of this study. I don't know many twins, but none of the ones I've known were unalike in their sexual preferences. Does anyone here know of any?
Really fascinating read, Coleus. Thanks.
Thanks!
Coleus, I'm late in hitting the sack, but I've tried finding the original articles from which these were compiled, but can't. Can you give me a link? I would like to send someone to read them at the original source. Thanks so much.

I'm sorry, this is all I have.
Homosexual activist groups pressured APA committees to remove homosexuality from the APAs approved list of disorders. In spite of the long documented history showing that therapists have helped homosexual clients reduce and change their homosexual tendencies, professionals who persist in viewing and treating homosexuality as a changeable condition are labeled unenlightened, prejudiced, homophobic, and unethical.
1) Does anyone know where I might find the "long documented history" showing that therapists HAVE indeed helped homosexual clients reduce and change their homosexual tendencies? Gays are always saying that homosexuality can't be altered because it's "who one is" not "what one does." It would be really handy if I had some evidence that gays have been permanently helped.
Thanks.
P.S. I noticed in Fast Fact #82 that Throckmorton wrote on article on ex-gays for the APA Journal in 2002; but it no longer appears in the archives of the APA website. Interesting.
There is currently a movement within the APA to normalize pedophilia that appears to be following the same path to legitimization as homosexuality. See Fast Facts#1-3, 4-23,35-40,41-58,77-82
I couldn't find any documentation for this statement in the Fast Facts. Does anyone know anything about the APA trying to normalize pedophilia?
