Walter Williams brought up this subject. He appealed to all the blacks who wanted to start a race war to count how many blacks are in the country vs. how many whites. His conclusion was the blacks are a bit out numbered.

A lot of "inner-city" blacks don't feel this in their gut. Remember they spend their entire day where they are the overwhelming majority, The "race-war" enthusiasts also might be counting on their being a more cohesive group than the white majority, and more willing to use violence.

A small force with high willingness to fight can prevail over a larger group with a lower cohesiveness and lower individual willingness to fight. Just ask the Israelis about their experiences in 1967 and 1973

If you have superior firepower and the other side isn't willing or able to fight back effectively. You win initially but all you do is piss off the other group even more.

Not true. Los Angeles for example, the latinos, many illegal, have moved into areas of black populations in a big way. This is happening in almost all major cities now. The tension is great in many large cities. I've seen it close up.

I doubt that will hold true for long if the racial agitators get their way. I see many who get along great until the issue of race comes up, then the polarization and 'us' and 'them' mentality is front and center. People are getting tired of being called evil and getting p!$$ed on for no reason.
