Zero tolerance is zero tolerance. It relieves everyone of the burden of thinking and using common sense. We are becoming a society of zombies, submitting ourselves to those who know what is best for us.

Relieving people of the burden of making decisions is the whole idea. Everyone is treated the same, and you have a strong defense in any lawsuit.
