Because some psychiatrists believe he no longer posed a threat. I've always thought a condition of letting out violent criminals on parole should only be done if those responsible for letting him out on parole sponsor them in their own home. This poor girl didn't have to die.

Because the medical quacks said he was fixed. I feel it is time for those types of jobs to be outlawed, since they only bring on more problems for society in general.

They keep thinking they are indispensable, and that they have the smarts to judge a person is "cured".
