So DAs should only go after drug cases that involve "slacker dope addicts"?

While what the DA is doing in Florida might seem extreme, its well within their abilities to do so. Don't like it? Change the laws.

To add on to that: I don't care if Rush is the 1st of 100k drug cases that the DA did this (which I doubt). What conservatives should do is to enact laws to prevent fishing expeditions like this, or else its going to happen again. Except next time 'conservatives' won't be calling this a fishing expedition.
