The stupid law in questions says that Noelle,who was in knowing posession of a fake prescription and tried to obtain drugs illegally, is guilty of only a misdemeanor,but Rush, who alledgedly made the heinous mistake of going to more than one doctor during a 30 day period and getting the same prescription, is guilty of a felony.

He should have just gotten a fake prescription book and written his own.

To add on to that: I don't care if Rush is the 1st of 100k drug cases that the DA did this (which I doubt). What conservatives should do is to enact laws to prevent fishing expeditions like this, or else its going to happen again.
