I just think it is (or was) impressive that a 72 y/o could still pass his physical and fly his 72 y/o buddy around My grand daughter (18yrs old) recently refered to me as being "Middle aged" (Bless her heart) I had to tell her, I am middle aged now only if I am going to live to be 116 years old.
Aim for a healthy, active 120. Middle age is the between 41-80 :')
