Thank you for the report! Looks like Judge Greer is posturing under public scrutiny. If he was really serious about ruling fairly he could have made a decision at that time. It's not a consitutional issue the defense had to prepare for. How many weeks should it take?

Is Felos absent because he needs to extricate himself from the case? Has enough happended behind the scenes that Terri will be granted life and guardianship by her parents? Has Felose been forewarned of such?
