Imp, there's quite a bit of difference when you're "trying out" doctors than when you're going from doctor to doctor trying to get the same RX for a controlled substance.

Yep I now understand what the term means. Too quick to post. But as I now understand the law it is to arrest the illegal resale of legal drugs on the street, isn't that correct?
