PC Moose is an incredible example of PCism rising to the top in the Rat controlled cities.

I'm afraid that he will reenter another big city/area as a PC Chief of Police, or he will come back out whenever they are able to win the presidential position to appoint him.

Can you image him as the head of the FBI or holding a high job in the InJustice Department?

Who says Moose was just PC? Who says he was not part of the conspiracy? Somebody told the snipers Linda Franklin was part of the sniper investigation team. Who better than Moose? Somebody told the terrorists that there would be a NORAD exercise the morning of 9/11. Who better than Moose, the commander of a security unit at Andrews Air Force Base?

I suspect "goose caught in a noose" was rhyming slang for "Moose."
