The dude in back couldn't be a soldier, unless they're now allowed to grow a beard.

BTT. Thanksgiving in the field is always a bittersweet event for servicepeople (trust me on that one) and so I simply cannot imagine sitting there and having the President of the United States walk into your mess. They went from mild depression to wild exuberance in one millisecond flat and blew the roof off the place by all reports. Just thinking about it brings me to tears...again.

True, never said he was a soldier though... Probably presitute from Arab TV.

"Without family I am nothing or I have nothing to live for," Nguyen wrote ... Wow, what a real classy soldier, much smarter than his apparent age. This guy gets it!
To: Billthedrill
I second that opinion.

The guy between President Bush and Nguyen might be Secret Service. While watching President Bush mingling with our soldiers on TV I did notice some men who stuck close to Bush, seemed to be observing and watching and never smiled.

Yes, I had tears when I saw President Bush and our soldiers on Thanksgiving Day. My husband, who never tears up, said "I could watch that scene forever". God Bless our troops and God Bless President Bush!
