Well, In the following two cases it's hard say which brother is the bigger family embarrassment.

But this guy does seems to be an A-1 dufus, too.

BTW, "I think I helped Jimmy as much as I hurt him," Billy Carter said. "Certainly I didn't hurt him enough to lose 44 states."

LOL! Gotta love that line.

Well, the guy to did best with a troublesome, arrogant, dangerous, and not very bright brother was Jack Kennedy.

When Ronald Reagan won the election in 1980 reporters asked his older brother Neil what his plans were now that Ron had been elected President.

"I plan to get lost," was his reply.

And he did.

The best line:
"I think I helped Jimmy as much as I hurt him," he said. "Certainly I didn't hurt him enough to lose 44 states."

In clinton's case, it's a real question. Which brother should the family have been ashamed of? Would the country have been worse off if clinton's brother had been elected president instead?

Which raises another interesting question. Would the country have been worse off with Billy Beer Carter than with Jimmuh, who never saw a Communist despot he didn't love and brought us the gasoline crisis, the hostage crisis, and the worst inflation America has ever seen?

Guess Neil's wife told all..at least it didn't hit the White House line. From what I've read on Neil, he's been in a few scams.
