Livingstone and Kennedy went to the Fairfax County morgue to "identify" the body. They arrive in separate cars from some twenty miles, I believe. Previously, there were no keys found in Fosters pant pockets at the Park. No keys.
After Livingstone and Kennedy finished their "identification", magically there were keys in Foster's pocket. Go figure! Now here's the kicker. Livingstone and Kennedy, however, left the morgue in only one car. Anyone want to guess why they had to leave in just one call leaving one car behind?
I'll take a jab and say it was a BRIBE!
