Last Wednesday Amnesty International (AI) published a press release calling for an investigation into the Miami Police surrounding the recent protests in Miami Florida against the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA). AI asserts that excessive force was exercised by the police in containing the protests, resulting in numerous injuries and arrests. One wonders if AI has ever asked for an investigation into protest organizers who have caused millions of dollars worth of damage and injury to people in places like Seattle, Prague, Genoa, and Washington D.C.

RICO has been used against peaceful abortion protestors because they can impede a commercial transaction and use interstate influence to arrange it. It is classified as interstate racketeering.

These blackshirt anarchists and socialists are not only interstate but international. Deny the foreign protestors travel visas to the US. Come down hard on those who conspire to riot in cities and vandalize businesses (in Houston, there were over a dozen Starbucks that had the locks on their doors glued last week).

In February of 2003 these blackshirts vandalized a bank and an immigration office. The media shields citizens from reports of their activities; that 2003 situation in SF was called a "peace protest". BS. It was an antiAmerican (proPalestinian) war protest organized by anticapitalists. The antiWTO crowd is the same as the antiAmericaWar movement is the same as the AlGoreRecount movement.
