I understand that. This is not how it will be treated by the 'victims forever' race-baiter squads, though.

I have yet to hear a momma or granny from da' hood who beleives their little boy is a gang-banging murdering junkie. They're either too stupid or hiding the guilt of getting knocked up and raising the boy wif no daddy.

Yeah but what exactly did he die of? Cardiac arrest, internal bleeding....what?

Cardiac arhythmia was the medical diagnosis.

But then again the Bengals are winning these days so maybe the urban element is less agressive than they have been in the past.

Pretty darn amazing, ain't it? I saw them play the Bills in September. They looked pretty good then, but lost to the Bills.

Did they actually say that? Unbelievable and irresponsible. I'm not surprised ABC is trying to foment a riot, though

Ruling - Smuuulling. If the fat ass hadn't been goobered up he woulda been civil with the cops and they woulda been civil with him. In addition to being fat and dead - he was also stupid.

Yep. I'm listening on-line to Rush on WLS-AM in Chicago. At the top of the hour they have these ABC News breaks and that's what the woman said.

Coroner Rules 350-Pound Man's Death a Homicide

Wednesday, December 03, 2003

CINCINNATI (AP) — A struggle with police was the primary cause of a 350-pound black man's death and will be ruled a homicide, the coroner said Wednesday.

Hamilton County Coroner Carl Parrott said Nathaniel Jones (search), 41, suffered from an enlarged heart, obesity and had intoxicating levels of cocaine, PCP and methanol in his blood.

Ruling the death a homicide "should not be interpreted as implying inappropriate behavior or the use of excessive force by police," he said.

A little Latin for ya...

Homicide: Homo (man) cidere (to kill). Literally, "killed by man".

Suicide: Sui (self) cidere (to kill). Literally, "killed by self".

"Keep the home fires burning in Cincinnati!"

Better than the homes burning.

Thank you for that.

I'm not a bigtime blue defender but I'm wondering how on earth they ruled his death a result of the cops' actions if he essentially had a heart attack. It seems as if this would have happened in any situation that would have stressed his heart.

Coroner: Police struggle primary cause of death
Man likely would have survived if not for drug use, heart disease

The Associated Press

CINCINNATI -- The coroner said Wednesday that a struggle with police was the primary cause in the death of a 350-pound black man whose scuffle with police outside a fast-food restaurant has prompted outcry among black activists in Cincinnati.

Hamilton County Coroner Carl Parrott said Nathaniel Jones, 41, suffered from an enlarged heart, obesity and had intoxicating levels of cocaine, PCP and methanol in his blood.

He said that if Jones hadn't been using cocaine and other drugs, and if he hadn't had heart disease that may have resulted from drug use, he probably would have survived the struggle.

Parrott said the death will be ruled a homicide, but added that such a ruling "should not be interpreted as implying inappropriate behavior or the use of excessive force by police."

Jones' death certificate will list a cause of death as an irregular heart beat because of a stress reaction from the violent struggle, Parrott said.

Activists say Jones' death was another example of brutality by Cincinnati police against blacks in the city rocked by race riots in 2001.

Jones died Sunday after being taken into custody in the parking lot of a White Castle restaurant. A police cruiser video camera showed Jones lunge at officers, who repeatedly hit him with metal nightsticks during the struggle.

Jones' body had bruising on the lower half, but did not show signs of blows to the head or organ damage, Parrott said.

He also stated that the bruising from the nightsticks was limited to the lower portion of the body - superfiscial - and did not cause damage to any of the deeper organs.

He also stated that this guy could have died at the moment if he engaged in any extreme physical activity, such as running or road rage.

I'm not sure. Some other guy who posted said it makes you numb. I'm sure it is similar to huffing paint and sniffing glue. You know,,, all the glamour drugs.

ABC has it's own agenda.....ramping up discontent around the world. This is simply a manifestation of that agenda.
