That pliers was usually kept in the house. Says who? The entire legal round table. It was discussed on Larry King, or one of those showw, a few weeks ago. Nobody seemed to question that Scott took the pliers from the house, where they were usually kept.

The entire legal round table. It was discussed on Larry King, or one of those showw, a few weeks ago. Nobody seemed to question that Scott took the pliers from the house, where they were usually kept. The guy maintains a warehouse full of work related items two miles away from the house and "nobody" questioned that the pliers were kept in the house? It just so happens the boat was kept at the warehouse and the pliers were in the boat. The "entire legal round table" may be members of the kitchen drawer tool set brigade, but guys with warehouses and tool boxes don't keep their pliers in the house.

LOL. Nobody questions that Michael Jackson is a guy, either.
"Nobody seemed to question that Scott took the pliers from the house"--You're gonna need better evidence than THAT to prove a fact! If courts went by the "nobody seems to question it" standard, nothing would ever get proved!
