You got it right. Democrats are trying to appear as if they are civilized people. But if you look behind curtain you see they are nothing but a bunch of dopers, sex fiends and control freaks.

Unfortunately, most people who make careers out of the government (whether elected or appointed), regardless of party, are "control freaks." Few folks go into government who don't have that among their personality disorders.
