Agreed. If there is another large attack, nuclear or not, we have to come down on them like nothing the world has ever seen. People are letting the memory of Sept. 11 fade. If there is another, I hope people will wake up to what we are up against.

How would that be established? Are there enough unique signatures in radioactive falout to identify the origin of the bomb materials that specifically?

What if the radioactive material comes from the former Soviet Union (or Russia)?

If I recall correctly, they were having a hard time keeping control of the stuff at the end of the Cold War.
