Wonder if that corner fruit vendor in NYC that a Freeper (whose name escapes me at the moment) was monitoring is still MIA?

I live in Northern Virginia just outside of DC. I'm curious if anyone in my area has noticed the same thing I have. Usually when I'm out shopping, I'm practically the only woman at the mall who isn't wearing a burka. Lately, I see one or two Muslim women, but that's it. It's as if the rest of them just disappeared.

I'm not freaking out about it or anything, but I have seen a noticeable change in the number of Muslims around here. Now, I'm wondering if I'm the only one. Anyone else in Northern VA seeing what I'm seeing?

Thanks, TrueBeliever. I don't think any of our large cities are safe from terror. Car bombs are popular ways to blow up buildings and we aren't immune from them at all. We always need to be praying and seeking God in all of this. He has promised us the peace that passes all understanding and this is one time we need it, regardless of what happens around us. It's the worst of times and the best of times, isn't it?

Im not sure. The problem is, I cant read arabic, so I dont know if this was printed pre-9-11. It sure is offensive. But then, Id bet we'd find most of what Arabs think of us offensive..
