Interesting. The web-site version doesn't show it, but the "printer-friendly" version does. In answer to your question, I just copied the code for the printer-friendly version into the text box (like I always do), cleaned up the top and bottom HTML info, and hit "post". Didn't notice the messy HTML until you pointed it out. The correct paragraph is shown below:
