The most encouraging thing about this is that they were going after that new money. That means that the billions stolen by Saddam and his minions is about to run out of time. It all has Saddam's face on it and in January will become totally worthless.
We are really making a lot of progress, just for some reason we haven't been reporting it. Maybe Bush made the decision to start.
